General Conditions

All our tours and itineraries are private.

The vehicles used for the tours depend on the number of participants and will always be disclosed to you before departure.

If baby car seats are required, they must be requested at the time of booking or up to 48 hours before the tour.

If any passenger has a special condition, this must be communicated when booking the tour.

Pick-up and drop-off locations are always specified in the specific tour description. If a different location is needed, an additional fee will apply. The pick-up and drop-off location must be provided by the guest when booking the tour.

JP Tours is not responsible for any items or personal belongings left in the vehicles or at the locations visited during the tour.

JP Tours cannot be held liable for delays due to traffic or weather conditions.

Smoking or consuming alcoholic beverages in the vehicles is not allowed. If necessary and possible, breaks can be made at the guest’s request, provided the guide deems it feasible and does not disrupt the tour.

All prices include VAT.

Included in the Tours

Guided visits inside the monuments – Portuguese, English, French and Spanish
Pick-up and drop-off from hotel/accommodation
Transport in air-conditioned vehicle
All obligatory insurances
Wi-fi and Water aboard
Parking, Fuel and Tolls

Not included in the tours

Tickets for monuments and attractions
Meals and drinks
Personal expenses
Gratuities

Booking

The execution of all tours always requires previous confirmation from JP Tours.

Payment

The total amount of the tour or itinerary must be paid upon reservation.

In case of non-payment, the tour will be cancelled and will not take place.

Cancellation of Day Tours

Any cancellation must necessarily be sent to: booking@jptours.pt indicating the tour which is to be cancelled.

For any cancellation made until 72 hours before the tour, you will be totally refunded of the amount paid.

For any cancellation made between 72 hours and 48 hours before the tour, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.

For any last-minute cancellation made 24 hours before the tour, you will not be refunded.
